These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 39JL ("39JL," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 39JL online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at 39jl.app and the 39JL mobile application (collectively, the "Platform").

In all cases, 39JL's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
39JL collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
39JL will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the services described in these Terms.
39JL reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Players may also voluntarily close their 39JL account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and 39JL, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
